After years of being passionate about fitness and nutrition, I was persuaded by my gym to train as a Personal Trainer. I am a fully qualified Level 3 personal trainer who trained at YMCA and I am listed on the Register of Exercise Practitioners. I am also a qualified Spin Instructor working at The Body Studio teaching Spin Classes.
My approach to personal training is that we work as a team to get the results you want and achieve your goals. As well as providing tailor-made sessions for you, I am able to offer supplementary services such as dietary analysis, which will help living a healthy life habitual.
Every personal training session you have with me will be completely tailor-made to your needs and help you achieve your goals, whether is's to lose weight, tone up, get body perfect for a special event or training for a sporting event. You will never have two sessions the same so you will never get bored!
We can be totally flexible with your personal training through training in the gym, outdoors or in the comfort of your own home. Each session is built around what you would like to do and that the session will help you achieve your goals.

Working as a Personal Trainer throughout North West London including Pinner, Northwood, Rickmansworth, Kings Langley, Berkhamsted, Abbots Langley, Hatch End, Stanmore, Chorleywood, I offer fun, imaginative Personal Training, for all ages and ability levels, at a pace you are comfortable with coupled with nutritional advice to help you achieve your desired body shape and fitness levels.
